Cancellation Policy

TechFit Cancellation Policy At TechFit, we're committed to providing high-quality fitness and training experiences. To ensure fairness and manage our resources effectively, please review our non-refundable cancellation policy for all services. General Non-Refundable Policy All payments for TechFit services are non-refundable. Our policy is designed to account for the allocation of resources, scheduling, and commitments made to our coaches, facilities, and partners once your booking is confirmed. Camps For camps, if you need to cancel, you must provide a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) notice prior to the camp's start date. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a site credit for the full amount paid, which can be applied to future TechFit services. Cancellations made with less than 2 weeks' notice will unfortunately forfeit the full payment. Trainings with a Package For trainings booked as part of a package, you may receive a site credit for a missed session under specific conditions: You must provide at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled training session. This courtesy is limited to one (1) site credit per month per package. Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or after you've utilized your monthly site credit, will result in the forfeiture of that session's value from your package. International Experiences All international experiences are completely non-refundable. Due to the significant logistical planning, upfront costs, and international commitments involved, we are unable to offer refunds or site credits for cancellations related to these programs, regardless of the notice period. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment for international experiences. Important Notes Site credits are valid for one year from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Site credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another individual. This policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. If you have any questions or need to discuss a specific situation, please contact our support team.

Being a part of the Techfit Academy has been a rewarding experience for my family. Coach Chris’ dedication to developing and nurturing his players is unmatched. What sets him apart from others is his demand for respect and focus - to him, the other players and the pitch. My son comes out of each training session hungry for more. Chris strikes the perfect balance between intensity and fun, keeping all his players fully engaged. It’s an art form that is unique to Chris.

 

Techfit trainings always revolve around a “skill of the day” and a complementary focus (e.g., concept, mindset, or social learning) that guides the entire session. This thematic approach serves as a North Star for the players, ensuring that every drill and technique ties back to the central theme and reinforces their understanding of the day’s training objectives.

 

I also appreciate Techfit’s Individual Development Plans where players can write goals, reflect on prior trainings/games and come up with effective improvement plans with Chris. The attention to each individual is highly refreshing - Chris can reflect instantly on the players’ strengths and weaknesses and provide the correct feedback to his players. Not only within the bounds of skills and technique on the pitch, but also through their psychosocial growth and self-reflection.

 

Attending Mammoth soccer camp was a great bonding experience for my son Jalen. Having the opportunity to train in elevation was the goal, but he came back refreshed and ready to start his summer with a sense of camaraderie with his teammates, a heightened thirst for improvement and an appreciation for our natural world. Jalen’s first athletics camp experience was unforgettable and I know this will be a core memory for him.
